Wow - what a night! I am so proud of all of us! EVERYBODY lost weight. For those of us that saw a small number (I am one of them) don't get discouraged. A LOSS IS A LOSS. Great job everybody! Keep it up.

Weeks 3 & 4 – Healthy Recipe Exchange
Weigh in date = July 10th
Each Team should bring a healthy main dish (350 calories or less) to the weigh in, along with several copies of the recipe (enough for each competitor)
Dishes will be judged on taste – best dish wins a 1 lb. advantage for the team
You cannot vote for your own dish

Woot! I am so excited for this challenge!!! This is gonna be a fun one! =D
Can we post our recipes on here? I have no more printer paper. I also think its a good idea because people will most likely misplace a recipe anyhow.
