The Challenge

Ok, so we learn as we go. Rachael asked me to post the challenge for anyone that misplaced their copy. From now on, the challenge will be posted immediately following our meetings. Hopefully, you remembered enough to at least keep track of your activities for this one!

Weeks 1 & 2 – Add ‘em Up
Weigh in date = June 26th

Earn points based on the activities below – the team with the highest number of points at the weigh in will earn a 1 lb. advantage. (This is on the honor system, so please be honest!)

1 pt. activities
Drink an 8 oz. glass of water
Eat a serving of fruit
Eat a serving of vegetables

5 pt. activities
Do a household chore (includes items that burn energy – vacuuming, mowing, clean pool, wash car, mop floors, clean bathroom, etc.)
Motivate a competitor (cannot be your teammate!)
Go an entire day without a sweet treat (dessert)

10 pt. activities
Keep a food journal for the entire two weeks (must bring it to the weigh in)
Work out for 30 minutes
