Since this weeks challenge is exercise i thought i would make a post about exercise and this method ive been reading about today. Im thinking about giving this a try and see how well it works. I will try doing my normal 30min work out every other day and this Super High Intensity short duration workout on off days. Or maybe this is something i can work into a morning routine. Below are a couple links about this method.
