Weeks 5 & 6 – Work it Out
Weigh in date = July 24th
Log your work out / exercise hours – the team with the most hours wins a 1 lb. advantage at the weigh in.
Note: You must blog at least one time during these two weeks in order to qualify for this challenge. If you have trouble using the blog, please call Rachael and she will walk you through it. Seriously….you only have to do it once!

We are all doing good. It was hard this week fro me. I was on vacation. Boy will I have to try hard for Fridays weigh in!
